The Hare Here I have epitomised the hare in this study portraying an adult hare sitting motionless. Its large ears are flickering listening for danger, its nose is twitching and its eyes have the synonymous glassy stare.
The two pencil remarques depict it crouching and a pair of brown hares typically boxing in spring.
Each is published as a single edition strictly limited to 300 copies from the original watercolour study, and printed in light-fast inks. Each is numbered and signed by the artist.
